Blinky sorry to hear you're in hospy...that's never fun yeah I think you're going to have to take it very easy love, especially with twins. @MrsErinR had a similar experience so I'm sure she can put your mind at ease a bit. Are you in there indefinitely?
I've arrived safe and sound... just waiting for my room to be ready so I can shower and head up to Cavendish Sq... Ladies who are staying at the Vineyard and who are that way inclined they offer meditation classes (free) and Pilates classes $12aud ...might be good for relaxation. @leyshoja I was thinking about the accommodation suggestion,if you do the V&A and the Vineyard, do the Vineyard second as you want relaxing, no booze etc are just before & after transfer and the Vineyard is geared to that...may as well live it up at the waterfront!

Yeah, as Emski said...I was admitted to hospital with bleeding too. For me it was just before 20 weeks and after a big bleed. Much bigger than the few small ones I'd had in the first trimester.

I was on bed rest for 7 weeks and by then the SCH was gone. It's good that your doctor is being conservative. Just do what he says and rest rest rest! Better safe than sorry.

I'm presuming you have an SCH too, Blinky76?

Hi January *wave* ! Hope you and your little man are doing well?

    Thanks Erin & Emski!
    - I'm not sure how long I will be here for but fortunately the symptoms have all started to subside.

The OB came in to visit me tonight and has 'suggested' I think about finishing up work now. Not sure how we will manage the $$, especially as we have to go with a high risk, private OB for delivery.
At the very least I will go to light duties as I have to 'hand over' my position to my replacement over the next 8 weeks.

Yes Erin this is the 4 th separate SCH I have had. For me my second one was the worst by far, this last one was probably the lightest.

    Hi all,

emski, glad to hear you have arrived safely. when is your transfer?

Well, we went in for our three day transfer today. it turns put a 5th egg has fertilised which was great news. Dr LR was very happy with the progress of our embies. He said we could wait until day 5 to transfer and he was happy to do that it, but said that it was fine to transfer today as well, so we thought since we were there already we would just do it today. They will let us know on Monday how the other three go.
