Default Lots of EWCM after ovulation

This is my chart this cycle..

Ovulation was expected (by OPK and blood tests) on CD11/12 and temps confirmed o on CD11.

as usual I was dry after O...now today, all day I have had a HUGE amount of EWCM...really confused... sometimes I get a tiny bit later in the tww..but never this much or early. .

Have I not ovulated yet? I had an HSG on CD10...could this be affecting things. I am on no medications.

If anyone has any ideas let me know TIA!

The temps definently don't suggest your having a second go at ov.

A second round of EWCM often means your body is trying a second time to ovulate. But you can get it after ovulation. With DS2 I was sure of ovulation which was backed up with OPK's, ov pain. Then a few days later I got EWCM again. Dating scan showed the first date was conception and more importantly, according to HcG levels it was impossible I could have conceived on the 2nd lot of EWCM. It would have meant I would have to have implanted on a day that was way too early.

Everything you read says you can't get it after ovulation. I thought the same thing but I'm proof it's not true. By the look of your chart I would say you've ovulated.

Default Lots of EWCM after ovulation

I had the same thing the cycle I fell pregnant with my twins (am 23 weeks pregnant with them now). Like you I am normally dry after ovulation and was really worried I'd stuffed up my ovulation date missed the egg!

As it turns out ovulation was definitely during the first batch of EWCM based on digital OPKs and the size of the babies at 2 early scans.

I'm not sure if it means I released two eggs or if it's unrelated to the twins and was just an early pregnancy sign (because I'm not sure yet if I'm having fraternal twins which would be from two eggs, or identical twins which would be from one).

Fingers crossed this means you're pregnant!
