Default Post-natal Counsellors who do Home Visits - Sydney

    Hi there,
Im just wondering if anyone knows of a Pre-natal counselling service that do home visits? I know it can be so hard sometimes to even think about leaving the house with a new baby, let alone when you are feeling depressed or anxious.
    thanks

Hi OP, sorry you are going through this it definitely isn't easy at all. I don't know of anyone that visits you in the home however you can call the following places for a chat and they can possibly assist further. I hope this can be of some help for you.

Did you or do you have a community nurse visit you at home? Or have a community health clinic nearby? If you do ask about a post natal counselor / social worker. When my ds was born I had community nurse visits and they recognised i wasn't coping. I was assigned a social worker who came and visited me in my home. This may be a service also available to you in your community
