The quality just doesn't seem there still with the Australian one compared to the american one. Everything just seems so budget.. They all look SO young too.

When they were doing the photo shoot and Alessandro arrived and the roller door opened I swear that is the same space they used for the face Australia.

    Default Australia's Next Top Model

I'm just watching it now. I've seen 5 minutes and so far they all look pretty much the same!

I can't wait for make over week. They all have such long hair there's bound to be tears!!

Oh and has Jennifer Hawkins had a nose job!?

I think they have stepped it up a notch with the quality/overall presentation this year. They've come a long way since the early cycles!

They do look young - I personally think the minimum age should be 18 like the American series. It's a bit much for a 16 year old to go through that whole experience IMO. I've seen countless instances where the younger girls are just not ready, or they're still very much in high school mode.

Lucy is adorable but I'm not sure she could pull off high fashion/editorial.

Overall I think it's going to be a good cycle.

And I'm super happy they don't play "she lives...in a different world" when someone gets sent home! My gawd that song stank!
I pretty much second everything above lol!

I dunno what it was but I thought the layout of it was just odd. Seemed more like a documentary then a reality show and it was so annoying how we only saw like 3 girls the whole episode. They all look so much alike hope they have make overs soon and shake things up.

And does alex perry annoy anyone else or just me??

Alex Perry can hardly raise an eyebrow anymore, with all that botox!

I agree the girls all look very much the same. But it probably is just having all the same hairstyle, super long super straight. Yawn. I always cringe for them during makeovers. Remember when they shaved someone's head and then dyed her remaining hair pink? Eek.

Ayieda is a bit of a pain in the proverbial rear end.

I don't have a favourite at this point - one that stands out clearly above the others.

Can't wait for makeover week to see what they do with them all. There's always at least one that has a meltdown over the prospect of having their precious locks cut.

I'm inclined to agree, she's one of my top picks too. Still not liking Brittany, finding her anxiety a little too much, if she's not confident then I don't understand why she thought she could hack modeling.
