    I think once bub gets to 6 months + you don't need the baby porriage, you can give them normal (or quick) oats. I have for my ds. I've used rice and quinoa flakes too actually.

    There is a variety of porridge nowadays for bubs, different flavours. I use the banana one and the prune one. They are for different age groups too
