Default A sort of spin off and Vent..

Just finished reading the post about the adults only parties and seen someone comment about maybe themselves being a prude.

    This description frustrates me....
I love sex ....I give and receive. ...I experiment. ...most of all I'm a big believer of what I have....what I do ...is a personal thing between the two of us...

Does that make me a prude. ..?

No, I don't think that makes you a prude.

I also don't think that the post you mentioned in the original thread suggests that's prudish either.

No i dont think it does. It just means you keep things private and thats fair enough.

Fwiw my friends and i very open about sex and all things related, we share and compare, make jokes etc... nothing is off limits. But we also respect not everyone is like that and depending on who we are with will limit our conversation content.

To me when i hear the word prude, i think of old grannies and the look of distaste and shock when anything remotely sex related comes on tv or in magazines... even if its tame.

Probably didn't explain myself very well but i hope you get the point lol....

A prude to me is someone shy or conservative about sex, which clearly you are not.

If someone thought I was a bit of a prude, I would agree. I'm just not a very sexual being.

I agree with this description and this is me too.

Lucky for me DH is pretty conservative too, but would follow my lead I'm sure if I suggested anything kinky.
