After taking 6 months leave last year, I embarked on a committed yoga journey of going 3-5 times a week. I started in June and we fell pregnant in November. It wasn't my sole purpose of yoga but I do honestly think it helped. I'm 27 weeks now and still getting ms so haven't gone since but will be getting straight back into it asap. I'd begin doing it on and off for 10 or so years. But this was not fertility yoga, it was Hatha. We also fell the month we stopped trying, we'd given up and had been told we had a less than 5% chance of falling naturally.

I really want to start proper Yoga (by proper I mean at a studio, I just do the gym classes) and really want to do prenatal yoga when/if I get a BFP. Is this the same as fertility yoga or does that help you to get pregnant?
