Default Addressing a key selection criteria....help

    hi all,

I am applying for my first job post children. The last time I had an interview it was 1998....as in LAST CENTURY. please if you are wonderful with words could you help me with a sentence or two on this KSC:

Applicants should demonstrate commitment to cultural diversity and ethical practice principles

I understand cultural diversity and ethical practice, but I am struggling to put any words together that make sense. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

You could say that you demonstrate it though training undertaken (have you done EEO training in a previous job?)

Are you a member of any community groups/clubs/societies/organisations which have a terms of reference, constitution or charter? You could reference this experience as demonstrating commitment to ethical practice by ensuring all activities are in line with the constitution...

...I'm pretty good with this stuff but it's hard to do without seeing a cv. Happy to take a five minute look if you want to PM me?
