Hi this is a great read! I have always followed a low/no carb diet, I quickly hit my goal weight after baby and even lost more.
BUT recently, I started to relax a bit, as I had hit my target.
What a mistake!
I found myself craving more carbs, then more and MORE! Things I never eat such as pasta, bread, rice cakes, now even chocolate..! It's funny I think the more carbs you eat it, the more you want it. I feel like crap, bloated & sluggish, and my cravings are crazy!
Gotta get back to how it was....!
