    Default Chocolate recipe

Hi all, I have Easter chocolate and would like to make Dh and I chocolate soufflés or self sauce puddings. I only want to make enough to serve 2 and I don't have cream to use in the cooking.
Can anyone please provide a recipe?

Would love to help you but I don't think I could cook a soufflés to save my life but it sounds delicious and now I'm hungry.

You could just halve the recipe and divide that between two ramekins and maybe add an extra minute to the cooking time.
