    Default Bed wetting

Mr 4 has been fully toilet trained for a year and half now, he's only had 2 accidents in total and has never wet his bed at night.

For the past week he's wet his undies once in the shops ( apparently he was holding and had 'forgotten' to pee until it's too late, made a run for the toilet and didn't quite make it there ) and he's wet his bed 4 times at night.
Just then I heard him opening the toilet door, so I went to check on him and he was there standing in the dark (which he absolutely hates) with his pants on and peeing on the floor.
I am a bit puzzled as to what's going on.
    Any ideas anyone?
    Tia

    Getting sick?
    Change in routine?
    Overtired?
Change in diet (Easter chocolate etc)?

    I don't think it's UTI.
I am not sure about the rest yet. It's never happened before when he's overtired or change of routine and diet. I will have to make a few more observations.

and the cooler weather means I have to change my 5 year olds drinking habits, in cooler weather I often have to restrict his fluid intake after dinner and often when i come to bed he wakes to pee

He looked awake but I don't think he was actually awake.

He ended up wetting himself a second time last night.
Today I made sure he slept early, not too much drink before bed AND I woke him up 2 hours into his sleep to go toilet and his undie is still wet, like a leak instead of wet himself.
I don't know what else I can do. I never really had to deal with bed wetting with my boy, everything came so natural with hIm. Hopefully this is just a phase!
