    thai pumpkin soup.
    1kg butternut pumpkin
    1 onion
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 can coconut cream
    1 tbsp red curry paste
    1 tspn chill

    roast pumpkin & onion then throw in pot

    mix everything else in & blend

    DH just made the most delicious chicken, ginger and veggie soup with soba noodles.

    We've been making a bone broth most weekends and freezing it for soups and meal bases, so nutritional! Takes about 8 hours though.

    Made a chicken soup in my thermomix and it was the most delicious I had ever had! 😊
