    Hey @GemimaPuddleduck,
    Yep went to the dr and she has sent me for bloods and I'm going for an ultrasound tomorrow to see if I have pcos. Which as i said to hubby at least if i go i will have an answer one way or the other.
    I dont think elledee its silly if you find a good dr they should take u seriously. Although i think i have found a pretty special dr which is awesome.

    @twentysomething my ultrasound showed nothing, I have no cysts. But when my dietician was reading my report (she's also a fertility specialist and very experienced with pcos) and determined I have pcos, apparently you can still have it without the cysts, it's all in the bloods.

    @GemimaPuddleduck,
    Yep I am sure that absolutely true, but I think they will usually send you for an ultrasound as well, so thought I might do both then go back and see my doctor. To confirm one way or the other.

    How have you been Gemima? haven't from you for a while?

    Hi lolly
    haven't gone looking but maybe! Did you find any?

    got a call from the dr to day and got my results, both ultrasound and bloods suggestive of Pcos.
    while I am not totally surprised I am sad tonight coming to terms with it meaning that our ttc jurnery might be longer and harder then first thought

    Ohh i was in discount pharmacy in castle hill yesterday and they had the 90 capsule boxes in stock for $71. There was a sign above where the smaller box should be saying something about the shortage.

    What vitamins do you ladies take for yourselves? I bought the elevit and the nature's own mini pregnancy ones as i hate swallowing large tablets. Im going to see which one i prefer.
