    When you say due, are you basing that on how long your cycles usually are, or what the app is telling you?

    Oh and tell hubby that doing it too often will reduce his spermies! Every 36-48 hrs is perfect

    Both. My cycle normally matches up with the apps give or take a couple of days.
    I will let him know. Hopefully it will give me a bit of a break! Haha.

    I would say that you may have a short luteal phase.
    (Low progesterone). 8-9 days maybe

    That sounds about right. The doc did say my pro levels were low..

    I was back and forth about a few things.
    But mostly the fact that I was constantly tired.
    I was falling asleep on the way to work, every couple of hours at work and on the way home. Then falling into bed at 8pm to sleep.

    I put it down to the fact that I leave for work at 5:30am and don't get home til 7pm. I also assumed that I may need to take iron supplements as I had been anaemic in the past.

    After a few trips, my husband came in with me and demanded that they check my blood work for everything.
    I was lucky that I got a really good doctor because he asked me a lot of questions first, he knew exactly what he was looking for.

    He tested all of my hormones and tested to see if I was diabetic. He was convinced I had PCOS.
    I have all the symptoms but no cysts thankfully.

    If you're concerned, ask them to check everything.

    My mum also visits a hormone specialist. She told me if the doctors didn't find anything, I should go there.
    I know my body and I was certain my hormones had something to do with it.
    I've been having menopausal symptoms since I was 17.

    ahhh ok. sorry to hear about the issues but glad you at least know what the problem is now!
