    Update from me,
Saw the new gyno today (Bongley's boyfriend). And basically have booked in for a lap, d&c, hysteroscopy and possibly colorectal surgery on July 11th. He was very thorough and spent an hour with me. There's a patch of very old endo that's got to go, it's in the worst place for implantation, the pouch of Douglas. There's a spot on the left ovary which might not be operable. Also he told me endo is toxic for egg development so no point collecting eggs before then. I'm happy to be getting my pain and bowel symptoms addressed even though it's taken 20 years. Really wishing other gynos had listened to me sooner but there's no point having regrets. Time to move forwards.

Now for the 3 hour train ride home.

@SpringRain Good to hear from you Luv!!! for your FET tomorrow!!!! Will be cheering you on from the sidelines!!!

@Skyler Oh fruck Luv!!! I know the area you're talking about. I guess the positive from this is that they have found out what's going on in your oven and your ovary and even better is that it can and will be dealt with. I'm sorry it's taken this long to get it sorted out as I understand endo is very painful Luv

Yep, sometimes we actually do know better when it comes to our body, but as you say, no point looking backwards and having regrets, just onwards and upwards from here the internal overhaul in July will get you accross the line on your next Cycle!!!

A 3 hr train ride home!!! At least it's not peak hour!!!

Hello to all the other Lovelies.......

@Skyler wow that is a big procedure! On the plus side although it will be rubbish to go through fingers crossed it will make all the difference for your next cycle. Bl00dy frustrating that you have not been listened to before now though.
@SpringRain good luck for your FET!!!!!!

AFM had a scan today and still have significant products not passed. Going in for a D&C tomorrow late afternoon so unsure yet if i will have to do an overnight stay or not.

Thanks for all the support once again. Love you guys, you are like a one stop cheering shop!

A bit of a vent. Sitting in the waiting room at the hospital reading BH. Just got a call from my clinic to say that one of my 2d embies died on thawing and the other two don't look very promising as they are dividing very slowly and are quite behind. So...looks like it could be another full stim coming up. So bl00dy tired from full stims!

    sorry to hear Fudge

hope your procedures go ok Skyler. I was given the info about the lap but it looked like keyhole surgery and I just remember my recovery from appendix recently. even though most of those problems were from the infections not the surgery, i'm still wary. I don't think I have endo but she said it's just a possibility as it's something that hasn't been eliminated. sounds like a long waiting time though so months away if I do make a booking for it

afm, had test results meeting with FS today. all ok. booked in for nursing meeting in june. possibly start in july all being well. they're going to try a long down reg cycle instead of short/antagonist that I usually have. to see if things respond better/worse/differently.
