Also take megafol (folate) in addition to your multi and a B12 sub lingual tab in case of MTHFR. All of these things aside from clexane & prednisolone are OTC and all but clexane are cheap - clex is about $36 for 10 injections.
Question @emski72, if clexane and prednisone both aid implantation, why use both?

Pred also mildly suppresses your immune system so if it is over active and combatting the embryo it weakens it slightly. So it can implant and stay implanted.

    Default IVF over 40 #13

@emski72 I have another question re this:

CD1 start synare/lucrin/Lupron (what ever suppression drug you would use)

approx 2 weeks later start (daily) estrogen tabs, 10mg of predinsolone, 100mg of doxycycoline antibiotics you and DH and continue with synarel or suppression drugs

I have always started the estrogen tabs on CD1 for all my FET's. Was this a typo? Do I start the prednisolone and antibiotics in CD1 also?

What injections did you start on @emski72? Buserelin or Leuprolide ? Are they better than synarel ? Synarel gives me a horrible dull head, but I have 2 bottles left so was planning on using it again...

I'm using synarel because its more convenient especially for flying... That's a $230 saving right there if you have 2 full bottles...I think you'll find people all get headaches on any of the suppression meds... I used synarel on advice of my fs as we know it works for me and I don't need variables in a DE cycle!

    Hi not a typo...
On this cycle I started synarel on April 30 and I start all other drugs Inc estrogen tomorrow... I increase estrogen every few days until my lining scan and they can assess where I'm at.
It might be different for a fresh cycle, I can't remember... Will try to DG out my treatment plan and will pm it.
