Lol thanks Emski72! Tell me, do any medical expenses you incurred as part of your as Ivf count towards your tax medical expenses? (Yes, looking at plan g, plan b is long gone)

I don't think anyone can claim OOP medical expenses on tax anymore, I was under the impression that last year was the last year to do that...but yes 20%of clinic costs etc.

You still can as long as you've claimed it in the prior year according to my accountant. So I could claim a buttload last tax time only because I had claimed it the previous year and I believe the same rule still applies. I hope so anyway because I've spent around $15000 oop this fy already! There was very little medicare rebate for the donor cycle.

This is the last year, but you can only claim it if you did so last year.

Hi everyone another BFN here too (DPO12) and AF has started. Predictable if nothing else. So that was our 7th EPU in 18 months.
On a more positive note a donor has contacted me! On Saturday night. Very early days yet so I don't want to get my hopes up. She's just said hello and asked me if we are still looking. So I guess this will be a YES.........
