    Default TTC and weight loss

    Hi all sorry I haven't been around as much lately. I started becoming a little obsessive with my weight loss so tried not to focus on it for a while. I'm trying to take a more casual approach with it.

    Out of my 10kg block I had lost some and then put it back on. This week I lost 3.3kgs and am down to 6.7kgs.

    I'd love to lose another 2.7kgs this week but we'll see what happens.

    ETA - well done ladies the fact that we are all still motivated to lose weight is the best part about it.

    Well done guys. It motivates me knowing you guys are here to back me up. Can't control my eating at the moment. But doing a lot of walking now. 18,000 steps today, 16,000 last Friday. I wasn't even doing half this much before, had no issues with controlling my food though. Hahaha it's so backward.

    500g is still a loss!! I do want to add that whilst I have been losing around 2kg each week when I'm diligent with my shakes, it is easier to lose weight when you are bigger. Remember that the less you have to lose the harder it can be! Any loss is loss so celebrate it.

    I normally weigh in on a Sunday morning at the same time but I forgot this morning so I will update tomorrow. Had a mess of a weekend. Lots of wine and sweets. Won't be surprised if I've gained. Worth it though, had a great time.

    The scales have gone into hiding for the week so I won't be weighing in until next weekend. Right now I would just be happy to maintain because I have definitely indulged this weekend!!!
