    Great work ladies.

    I have just come off meal replacements they have stopped working for me So clean eating it is.

    So let's start by putting goals into place. So here are a few questions

    How many times this week will you exercise ? (Walk run etc)



    Basic meal ideas for healthy clean eating?

    What results would you like at the end if the week?


    Ok so for me I need to train every day this week except Sunday. (Hockey season is starting ) and I need to start planning my meals in advance

    I would like to drop a kg by Sunday


    I did see further up about missing out on pizza. I have some great low calorie recipes including one for pizza (normal base not cauliflower ) so simple to make and really good.

    I have a few recipes if you guys would like some.

    @JET09 those recipes would be great! I will still be doing my shakes for at least another 2 weeks but then may change it up and have a meal to replace one shake a day etc.

    So for this week, I would love to lose 2.5kgs for the week and I'm down 800g of that already so I might get there! My exercise for the week will be minimal as the shakes are so low in calories that I can get light headed easily. I will try to do some dancing later in the week to rev things up a bit 😀

    Wow I didn't know that flour was okay while on shakes... That looks good but I couldn't quite read the pizza rolls. Are you able to post a closer shot of that one please? Thanks in advance!! I've also order a book which is called 'The Power of Protein' which had food that looks super tasty but is low carbs. I will have that in 2 weeks and can use that too 😄

    @JET09 thanks for the recipes! They look fab!
    My meals have to be quite boring as I have to cut out wheat and sugar and anything with carbs. I'm off to see a dietician very soon do will be able to share then
    I'm not sure what my goal for this week is. I'm surprised I've lost anything tbh. I'll go for another 2kg, that would be great.
    Exercise is very difficult for me atm so I'm trying to swim twice a week and stay on my feet at work, it can get quite tempting to sit down. Hopefully getting home a little earlier during school holidays so I can go for walks.

    Will do @GemimaPuddleduck! It's only costing me $10 so figured I can't go wrong. It also has tables to help you know how many carbs and when depending on how much you want to lose because it's based on a 14 day cycle. Looks good so I'm keen to give it a go.
