I have just come off meal replacements they have stopped working for me So clean eating it is.
So let's start by putting goals into place. So here are a few questions
How many times this week will you exercise ? (Walk run etc)
Basic meal ideas for healthy clean eating?
What results would you like at the end if the week?
Ok so for me I need to train every day this week except Sunday. (Hockey season is starting ) and I need to start planning my meals in advance
I would like to drop a kg by Sunday
I did see further up about missing out on pizza. I have some great low calorie recipes including one for pizza (normal base not cauliflower ) so simple to make and really good.
I have a few recipes if you guys would like some.
