    I was just asking about the Fitbit I recently brought and Fitbit charge hr and absoultly love it. my nutrition has gone down the plug hole but I getting help I got a 4 week meal plan like just a guideline type of thing but it something I can follow and will also be meal preppin too I'm doing this for myself and if my partner doesn't like it well he doesn't need to loose weight and I'm also getting personal training once a fortnight to I need something to get the scales moving again cause I been stuck for so long. I will keep you all posted and tell us how I'm going

    how are the rest of you girls going ( sorry need to read the posts I have a backlog of posts to read) keep going don't give up

    Sorry guys, I've been busy lately and haven't had a chance to drop in. 1.2kilo loss this week. I'm quite happy with that. Went to the dietician last week and she confirmed that I do have pcos. She has given me a diet plan to help control my insulin. Trying to control things but it was hubby's birthday yesterday and Mother's Day weekend so I have had some cake and ice cream and been out for lunch. Dietician told me I need to eat more often so that my medication can actually work.. Fx I can keep this up. How is everyone else?!

    Welcome @pixiepie and awesome work @GemimaPuddleduck!!! That's a great loss.

    This mornings weigh in says I've lost 3.1kgs this week. I'm now in my next 10kg block and am sitting at 9.3kgs to my next goal.

    Okay guys I need motivation. How are you all doing the weightloss thing? Any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe I try shakes for a month just to give myself a kick start. I'm actively ttc (just not very successfully!!) so I'm a bit worried about the nutritional content. Or maybe 2 shakes a day and then one meal of small serve of lean meat and veg/salad?? Help!!!!!!

    Since September I have lost my pregnancy weight (5kgs) and I'm now 10kgs lower than my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm hoping it eventually helps my cycles. I still want to lose at least 20kgs...
