Hi @chookapesto, we went to get fitbits about a week & ended up getting a garmin. My sils both have fitbit but I luv mine. It does all th r same things but is thinner which DH likes cause its not so bulky at work. They are good, I luv seeing how many steps I've done & my sleep pattern. :-)

I've been tempted to get one too but have resorted to using my phone to count my steps for now. Works well until I leave my phone somewhere and am walking around without it!! 😏

It's awesome that seeing the steps is motivating though!

I have a fitbit flex, that I got for my birthday last year. It's been really motivating to get me up and walking. I have been a bit slack lately but I still wear it everyday. If I could choose now, I'd get the fitbit charge HR instead

That's fantastic! How do you feel?

Aside from the numbers we are seeing on the scales how is everyone feeling about it? Motivated? Kind of overwhelmed? Fed up of it? In curious because I tend to go through so many different emotions about it haha.

I feel exhausted and frustrated. I wish I had more time to exercise (right now it's just weekends that I go for a walk).

I need to get into meal planning but I fall back onto easy meals as I'm so exhausted at night and my daughter needs to be resettled a minimum of 5 times a night. Why isn't this easier? Lol

Wouldn't it be awesome if there was an easy switch that you were allowed to flick on at least 3 days a week? I would do it tough for 4 days if I knew I could flick that switch!! Is there anyway you can cook in bulk so you have meals ready? It might free up some time each night and help from defaulting to something quick and not so healthy? Not sure if it's possible for you.
