@TortoiseNotTheHare have you still been drinking lots of water? All I can think of is fruit.. That's generally a natural way to get things moving. I'm not too sure. Metamucil? My mum always offered that to me as a child when I had problems.. Maybe it will help.
I've only lost 1kg this week. This month is very different to my loss last month. Im eating less and I'm getting more compliments so I must look more slim.. But the weight isn't changing on the scales.
Time to kick it up a notch.

    Default TTC and weight loss

I've been drinking plenty of water - at least 2L each day. I've also been drinking Metamucil too... I am going to chat to the doctor about it on Thursday because I'm thinking it's my body being difficult because of the shakes!

1 kg is still a loss! I'm going to kick it up a notch this week too. Just need my body to its thing!

I'd love to join in this thread too if that's ok! I currently weigh 125kgs & ultimately I'd like to lose about 60kgs. But I think I need to break it down into a smaller goal of 20kgs. With 1-2kg per week goal.
Currently I have insulin resistance due to PCOS which made me have a massive weight gain a few years ago before I was diagnosed, and while I've managed to stabalise my weight I'm really struggling to lose any, so any extra accountability would be much appreciated!
DH & I are TTC at the moment, have been trying for a while, and hopefully some weight lose will help that!

haha i think it was mainly the aftermath of the miscarriage - i was so exhausted that i couldn't be bothered cooking etc, plus we've been in Adelaide visiting DH's Nanna who is dying and doesn't have long to live. I think it was just a convenience thing to not be healthy for a while... On the up side, I haven't put on any weight, just haven't lost any like I had hoped...
