@GemimaPuddleduck I think it's good to still know what you are dealing with even if it's not what you hoped for. I still weigh myself even when I think I've put on weight because if I didn't then I would probably just keep going and put more on. That's how I put all this weight on. I pleaded ignorance. Now I choose to stay well informed. I have however become addicted to weighing myself which is no good!!
Well ladies, this is the start of a new week now so let's make it count! We can do this!! We are doing this for good reasons so let's focus on that and use it for motivation! This week will fly and we can get through it!
