    Was expecting a small gain as AF arrived and I haven't been taking my medication. Also eating pizza and chocolate. Will have to try better this week.

    Welcome @Sabochan! Would you like me to add you to the roll call? Has anyone heard from @jussi?

    Okay so weigh in makes it seem really good but remember that I put on last weeks lost on Monday and was back to square one for this months target of 10kgs to lose. From that 10kgs I've now lost 3.7kgs and am down to 6.3kgs to go. AF has just gone from light to 'normal' so hoping that helps too. I feel so heavy right now.

    I'll update our roll calls this afternoon

    That's a great effort!! I've been reading your TTC journal and was going to suggest that you get a clinic to track your cycle for you. They may not need to do anything more than that but it would be good for them to do some scans and bloods to make sure you O and to check when as well just an idea that may help with timing BD.

    Morning everyone, had a terrible eating day yesterday with high tea but I am over it now and have frozen all the left over cheese cake for the family.

    I'm down 1.9kg this week though so super stocked to see how this week goes staying on track. Hoping to be down at least 1.1kg next Sunday have a great week everyone and well done with your loses

    Thanks. I have an appt with my normal gp in a couple of weeks and will ask. I saw a different doctor at the same clinic a month or so ago who told me to not worry until 12 months of ttc.

    sorry I didn't weight in and that today I'm so tired and exhausted after a friends birthday and just eating crap also yesterday as I say if I eat crap I will feel like crap and that's how o feel. will be back on track now.
