    I second that. I was back up at the beginning of the week due to bad food on the weekend and Monday night. I started my week off with 10kgs to go again then weighed myself the other day and was at 8.3kgs but am aiming to be down to 5kg this Sunday. Maybe I'm dreaming but I keep telling myself that next week can also be a better week 😄

    Next week come at me! Oh and dear AF please hurry up and start. You're making me hold fluid! Thanks.

    @Sabochan me either, been a shocking week. I haven't taken my measurements in a long time.
    Anyone else use myfitnesspal app?
    I did go for a walk today while pushing my nephew in the stroller up hills, so that's better than nothing.
