    More than happy to add you to our roll call!! Let me know if you want to be added. It's not a must - you can still join in the chat but it is a great way to keep yourself accountable all whilst having a little support group and cheer squad to help along the way.

    The Power of Protein (low carb but high protein) book was delivered today and I'm so keen to start that meal cycle but I want to keep with the shakes until I at least get down to my next 10kg set. Once I start on my new 10kgs I can assess my plans. I still can't get my head around how bacon and eggs for brekkie is a "diet" lol but it's in the book and says to eat it!

    Hey ladies, do you mind if I join?
    I'm still carrying around 10kg of extra weight, almost 4 years after my twins were born. I have successfully lost 8kg to get to the point I am now, but these last 10kg have been a pain. I'll lose 5 and then something will derail me and it'll sneak back on.
    Really want to be back into that healthy bmi range so I have a good chance for a vbac when we finally do get pregnant.

    I have 9 weeks until the boys' birthday. I'd like to be back by then. Losing 7kg will bring me back to healthy bmi, 10kg will be pre-preg weight. Aiming for that 7kg first.

    Hi everyone and welcome to the new ladies (:

    This week is a little bit of a right off for me ): I am making a high tea for the weekend (to raise money for Sids and Kids) so super busy baking and haven't been able to get out for any training since Tuesday to top of the no exercise I also had pizza last night as I was to busy to cook something. Trying to keep as close as I can to my ww points but this lack of exercise will be my undoing! Fingers crossed I will still show a loss on Sunday!!

    Hope everyone else is having a Fabulous week and are on track to a nice loss on Sunday
