So how is everyone going this week?
So far for me it's been pretty clean eating loving baby spinach red onion avocado cherry tomato cucumber and carrot salad with small protein.
My normal muesli prunes and Greek yogurt breakfast. Lunch is my down fall. I need easy to make lunches for work so any ideas for work lunch (no bread ) would be awesome.
Also been walking. This week, hitting up training tomoz and back to walking for the week.
