    I weighed in tonight and for this week I'm down 2.9kgs. Thrilled with that because I've had another break off the shakes this weekend as we stayed with some friends over the weekend. I also weighed myself after a day of eating so hoping I've lost more than what the scales are telling me! 😃

    So for me today I'm having muesli while I'm writing with my trusty Monday huge coffee next to me.     I have started on shakes again as of today. I need to get my butt into gear if I want to be a lot lighter by the time I get pregnant again.

    I'm totally motivated!! Got a big bfn yesterday so it's been six months now. I'm starting to freak out a little but I know I need to lose some weight as my first step. I'd love some recipes etc to try. My thing this week is just lots and lots of fruit and veg. And at least 5 lots of exercise this week

    Today's success: danced at work with the kids then had salmon w/ sweet potato mash for dinner.
    Improvement: eating all meals throughout the day, not just dinner.

    Love, love, love this thread! Hoping to join in! I Have about 15-20kg to lose so that will be my goal (providing nothing pops up) hoping for 0.8-1kg a week, so by the end of August. Currently 96kg n wanting to get below 80kg good luck ladies and look forward to reading about all your success's!
