I give DS 3.5yrs 2 Blackmores Triple Strength Omega 3 capsules a day. That is a high dose but he has it for speech delay and behaviour so needs higher than the usual kids dose. I just snip one end of the capsule and squeeze onto a spoon and he just swallows it. Supposed to be vanilla flavoured. Also it is much more effective if given with a multi-vitamin that contains vitamin E and Zinc. I have seen great improvement in my DS since starting this dosage.

There is one called Nordic Naturals which comes highly recommended but I could only find it online when I was looking and I didn't want to wait for delivery.

My son has this one in a liquid form, around 1/2 teaspoon.
