    Default Chicken lasagna recipes plz!

I have to make a lasagna for Good Friday, it can have chicken in it but no red meat. Does anyone have a good chicken lasagna recipe OR do you think it would be ok to make it the exact same way as a beef mince lasagna but with chicken mince instead?

I make mine the same way as beef lasagne - just with chicken mince.

Or you could do a chicken and spinach lasagne with a cloudy creamy filling (more like a pie filling with cream and stock) throw in a tin of creamed corn to make it interesting or mushrooms etc?

Chicken mince instead of beef is fine. I've done it before and it tastes just as good.

It's not just red meat, it's all meat. Depends on how religious the people eating are. Normally you eat fish instead of any meat.

If you can't use meat, spinach is a good alternative to bulk it up.

I've made this one before and it's pretty tasty

Are you cooking for Catholics? if so, it's all meat that's a no no on Good Friday, not just red meat so maybe just making a vegetarian lasagne would be safer?

I've always made a chicken lasagne the same way I make a beef one.
I found these ones earlier.. They look amazing!

Ok great I think I will stick to my normal way then and just use chicken mince instead.

It's for DH's weird family, they think that chicken and fish are both fine to eat on Good Friday

A good handful of fresh parsley makes the lasagne taste awesome with the tomato sauce.
