It's even more awkward when you say something about it! Like 'oh, I think someone has a dirty nappy, we better go change it!' *cue awkward and shifty looks from the real culprit*

Felt the same about a fortnight ago thinking it wasy sick bub or an old man in front and kept remarking how bad she smelt lol. she was clean unfortunately the poor old man mustn't have been and might not have known he'd done anything so felt bad for him.

You're doing a wee in the toilets at work and you're in a rush to get to a meeting so are pushing hard, when suddenly a very loud fart falls out! So then you have to sit there until your colleagues who were in the other cubicles left so they wouldn't know who the farter was!

When you tell someone who means the world to you, that you need them and they walk away

I never ever will ask again. I feel so numb and heartbroken. So much for a safe place to fall.

I've a fair experience with the elderly too and sadly this true. Now I feel bit bad making a bit of a joke about it.

That's awful, I'm so sorry. Hugs.

@onionskin your post made me feel so sad. In my experience if a person can walk away like that it says more about them than it does you, but I know that doesn't make it hurt less. I hope you're ok.
