    No worries I am having an elective csection too so looking for any extra help with recovery! (Can't be worse than 4th degree tear recovery like last time though lol) I'm also looking into stomach compression garments as they are supposed to help.

    It cost me $300 but well worth it imo, I would do it again. The lady also dried ds's cord for free as a keepsake so if you are after things like that as well its something you can look into. I found they smelt/tasted a bit like iron. They are pretty easy to swallow though if you are ok swallowing tablets. You could always break them open as well and put in smoothies/food but I never tried that so not sure on the taste.
