That is so cool. I love that idea. Will you use the same donor?

@Chunkydunks That would be awful having diabetes and being scared of needles! The doctor wants to check me for diabetes and something else as well but I can't remember what

I'm not insulin dependent so I can avoid that but but having to monitor my BGL is a bit of a challenge. I hate doing the tests myself lol.

With PCOS often insulin resistance/diabetes and high cholesterol come along with it.

Yeah I know Hopefully not though! I almost don't want to know the answer lol

That's a relief that you're not insulin dependant...that's one of my worst fears

DH & I originally agreed to start TTC #2 next month, but because of where my cycles are & I'm worried about a Bub coming early like DD did at 36+5 weeks (and having their birthday fall around Christmas/new year), we're going to wait until after my May AF.

I'm SUPER DUPER clucky though (and even though it's my decision, pushing TTC back has made me worse!) so I need something to help pass the time! I love seeing POAS pics so hopefully there will be a lot of those posted in here!
I hear ya on the SUPER CLUCKY 😓 ive already put a double pram on layby, organised what im doing with the nursery and picked names. What a weirdo hahaha
I dont want to wait but had a pregnancy scare last week and i know just from that that im soo not ready.

OMG I'm the same. Well I'd never be allowed to make any big purchases but I buy little outfits sometimes to put away, especially adorable boy ones just in case my next bub is a boy. I'm not even TTC yet & I'm hanging to find out what I'm having next so I can decide on a theme & start making nursery things!

The house is a good distraction at the moment, it's going on the market tomorrow & we'll be making an offer on another house. So we probably wouldn't move until May, then it will be go time! So at the same time it winds me up even more because I can't wait for it all to happen!

For anyone who's planning to TTC in the next few months - are you doing anything in particular to prepare? I'm about to start my prenatal vitamins again, and extra folic acid because of my spina Bifida family history. I've also been using an app to track AF since I got it back after DD, and last cycle used OPKs to determine O exactly (the app I use doesn't predict it correctly & won't let me change it).
I feel like a bit of a nut but being prepared helps me feel like I'm organised & ready to start when the time comes. Does anyone have suggestions for anything I might not have thought of?
