Put feta, basil pesto and sundried tomato in the centre, roll up and wrap in prosciutto, pan-fry the outside and finish in the oven. Yum!

I also sometimes bake chicken thighs in a pyrex dish in the oven. I arrange the thighs, cover in handfuls of chopped parsley that has been seasoned with salt/pepper/lemon rind and olive oil. Bake with cherry tomatoes until cooked - i then use the pan juice to cook the couscous - yum!

I ended up doing a throw it all in and hope for the best. It was really nice.
    I chucked in
    Chicken
    Bacon
    Diced onion
    Tin of crushed pineapple
    Tin of caused tomato
And a jar of pasta sauce.

Cooked it in oven on a low temp for 90 mins.
