I have a function for 60 kids this afternoon ...
It is at school - and our school has moved everything over to the traffic light healthy eating guidelines - whcih I must adhere to (no red foods, and at least 60% green)
but its supposed to be a party, so trying to make it fun stuff that the kids will like
fruit skewers / platters
I have some muesli so am making a meusli and banana slice/cake thingy as well
I originally catered for 40 - but with siblings etc there will actually be 60 so just trying to pad out the stuff with things that are easy
any other suggestions ???
