Default 4.5 yr old vomiting but seems fine

DD started vomiting on Monday night (twice) and then again Tues morning (once) fast forward to now (more than 48 hours later) and she just vomited again.

The thing is she seems completely fine. She was standing talking to me on Tues and it just came up. She had a bit of a shock but was asking for something to eat about 2 minutes later. And it was a lot of vomit.

Usually when she's had gastro/ bugs she's obviously unwell- fever/ wants to lie down/ whingy but this time nothing like that.

Is it normal for kids to seem fine sometimes and just randomly be sick? Wondering if it is just a bug, how long should I wait before I take her out or should I get her checked out?

Does she get any pain with it like reflux or is sick from certain foods? Could be as simple as food related or playing around to hard? Either way it's probably better to have her seen to just to be sure.

She had a tuna sandwich this afternoon and tuna pasta on Monday night, that's the only connection I can make with food. But she loves tuna and if it was an allergy wouldn't I know by now or at least the vomiting be instant? She isn't complaining of any pain.
