    Honestly, I wouldn't be comfortable living somewhere where I know that has happened. I'm sure there would be a lot of people where it wouldn't bother them though.

    I honestly don't know - if the hubbers replies are typical of what our buyers would say it looks about 50/50 so we might lose half our buyers but in this crazy market I don't know if it would make a huge difference in final price - the kids want it sold so I would assume they would take the highest bid on auction day

    I wouldn't, but I do feel a bit unreasonable feeling that way. I would wonder where it happened in the house and would feel somewhat haunted by it.

    Yes, sellers do have to disclose. I remember covering a case about just such a scenario in property law.

    Not entirely sure - we are not the agents who manage it and when we did the inspection last week she never said anything -but the neighbours I'm sure would have had to have told them over the last ten years?
