    I don't think I would be comfortable with it, but it would really depend on the vibe of the place when I walked in and how much I loved the house.

    Default Would you buy a house if you found out someone

    No our house was a deceased estate n I had to ask the r.e that the poor fella hadn't died in the house!! :/

    Edit: although the first house we rented someone was murdered in the driveway! But we couldn't get anywhere else so had no option!

    I think it was ( late 90,s) but not like a country wide type thing just more local news, it's been rented the last ten years and the kids now want to sell it - legally we have to disclose it and I've never had to sell one in this situation before !

    There would probably be quite a few homes where someone has passed away within it. As long as there wasn't anything spiritually or physically wrong with the house then I'd be fine with it.
