Default Would you buy a house if you found out someone

had been murdered there? If it was cheaper than surrounding homes would that make any difference? ( sorry for morbid post but we have a potential property coming up with that problem!)

Sure would. If it was cheaper than market value and there was nothing actually wrong with the house.

I don't think it would bother me. But it might depend on details a little. I couldn't deal with something like the Josef Fritzl case. But maybe a robbery gone wrong I could.

I would have no problem with it. As a Christian I would pray over the house for my own peace of mind. Others might use other methods to gain peace.

There was a pretty awful murder suicide many years back that occurred on our farm and that doesn't bother me so this wouldn't either.

I dont think i could. It would freak me out too much. Was the case in the media at the time? It could appeal to a history buff
