I'm almost 34 weeks and feeling heavy and tired already. Didn't get like this with the first two! Also not sleeping well due to restless legs and general aches and pains. But minor issues really. I'm still working, pretty much hope to continue until the week before my due date. My mum arrives from the UK on Friday, yay!

Toby is having his tonsils and adenoids out on Thursday. Plus grommets. Hoping he'll be a much happier boy afterwards. But absolutely dreading him having to have surgery. I am going to be an emotional wreck when they put him under.

DH has just won a trip to Malaysia with work for 5 days in November. Where's my child free holiday? Lol. He's lucky my mum is here to help me or he wouldn't be going!
    Hi Bond
Lucky DH winning a trip. Hopefully you don't go into labour while he's away.
How long is your mum here for?
I hope Toby's surgery goes well

Sorry I didn't return to reply sooner! My mum is here until mid January but will be in Tassie with my brother for three weeks of it.

MCB, yeah we like the GC but DH would prefer to be in another part of it eventually. Only thing I find hard is the summer humidity!!

DS had his surgery today as it was postponed from last Thursday, the original date. I'm sat in hospital with him now trying to bed down for the night. He's amazingly been awake since he came around from the GA at 11am!! Fighting sleep. I'm feeling quite nauseous at the moment, probably due to tiredness, so hoping he goes to sleep soon so I can.

    How is everyone else?

We're good. I had a blood test last week to test rubella and chicken pox immunity. We should be ttc sometime from December. I'm so clucky, I can't wait to be pregnant again.

Sienna is going well. She keeps us on our toes and is cheeky/naughty

    J, how are you going?

Oooh good luck Shelby! Fingers crossed it works first time!

Hope you fall pregnant quickly when December comes, Smurfy. Nothing worse than waiting and waiting....
You managed to convince your DH he's ready for another one then?

I'm home with DS. Didn't get much sleep last night in hospital, as expected. Can't wait to go and pick up Meadow from childcare soon. Missed her so much!! I keep having flashbacks about the moment they put DS under though. It was horrendous, upsets me so much. Hoping my brain stops thinking about it soon!

I didn't mention another bub to DH for a few months. Then out of the blue we were talking about holidays and he said we'd probably have another bub by sept next year.

We are doing well, C recently turned 2. It's been found that he has an irregular, slow heartbeat so we are getting that looked in to, off to the cardiologist. He had an ecg that has come up abnormal.

J - do you know what Right Venticular Hypertropthy means? Was on his report as probable.

"Right Ventricular Hypertrophy" means enlargement of the right-sided chamber of the heart. Thickening of the muscle of the walls of the right side.

The right-side of the heart "RV", pumps blood which has returned to the heart after the oxygen has been removed and used by the body, and pumps it into the lungs, where it then gets re-oxygenated.

Enlargement of the RV can sometimes occur if there is lung disease, as the right heart needs "more force" to pump blood through the lungs. Sometimes enlargement is congenital (born with it).

It depends on how severe it is. Is he having episodes of dizziness, fainting, or palpitations? Is he "unwell" with the slow heart rate? And what's the plan for follow up?
