Well, have had my operation finally! I am still in hospital, but it's a lovely hospital, and the nurses are very caring.
I have a fair bit of pain, alot of which is due to my drain-tube. The drain-tube is stitched into my skin, and drains blood from the site of surgery. I have to carry the drainage-bag in a little cloth-bag they have given me!
Anyway, I'll probably be allowed to go home tomorrow, but the drain-tube stays in for another week. I just have to go home and rest.
I will try to catch up with everyone's news...I feel like I've fallen way behind.
    J x.

    How's your recovery going, J?
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to send my well wishes. I've picked up my phone a couple of times to post but get distracted by the kids! I hope your pain has reduced.

Miss X, you look good!! Hope you're feeling well too?

Rebecca, still having your c section tomorrow? How are you feeling?

I'm doing alright. 23 weeks. Most definitely looking pregnant. And feeling such strong movement. Worried how it'll feel towards the end!!
We're in the process of trying to buy a new car that we can fit three car seats into!
Meadow's birthday is a week on Saturday. So I need to buy everything I need to decorate her Peppa Pig cake.
The tantrums she's having these days are fun, not!

Bond, good luck with the car shopping. I can so relate to the tantrums.

J, how are you? What's next with your treatment?

    Hey all,

I hope the recovery process is going okay J. Do you get results from surgery etc?

Bond, we are in the process of buying a new car. The Ford territory has a really big back seat, sil has the older model and has three seats across, we are hopefully getting the new model and it's the same.

AFM - I'm 17+5, it's flown by. I think we are considering a surprise this time which excites me but also makes me cranky as I want to know lol

Saw my Surgeon this morning. Not great news. The margins of the lump removed were not clear of cancer (the tissue removed is examined under a microscope, which takes a week to perform properly from the date of surgery). So...I need a total mastectomy. I am booked into Cabrini Brighton again next Friday 14th August at 0700
I will catch up more soon.
