A "him", Rebecca!!! Fabulous!! Do you have any short-listed boys' names?

This thread is great...just like old days! I wish I was having a 3rd!! (No chance, as chemotherapy will precipitate very early menopause!). But my advice to all you pregnant ladies/couples...enjoy the pregnancy!! I definitely enjoyed my pregnancy with Lucy more than Oscar...I was more "mindful" the 2nd time around, and it was lovely.

I am finding that I am more mindful this time J as I am being a lot more relaxed about it and very excited as what is to come, but also realising just how fast it does go!

I am even thinking more about the birth - I am wishing that I could deliver at private, but not need to pay for an OB. It is sticking a bit to me that I pay all this money for a guy to come in at the end. I know why I am paying for him, but I am low risk. I would be ecstatic to pay the money to the midwives and have a team that I see all the time and know that they will be the ones I see at the end and who will help me birth my child.
    Anyways whinge whinge!!!!
I am 5 weeks today and so bloody tired. I am losing my temper at Chelsea a bit, which is bad, but I know it will go past fast!

Miss X, when I went through the public birth centre there was a small team of midwives who saw ladies in my area of Canberra. And we were all invited to weekly morning teas with them so we could meet everyone, in case our allocated midwife wasn't available when I went into labour. That way we'd have at least met them before. And I also had a third year student shadowing me all the way through, who I loved, so chances are one or both would be around at the birth.
Would this type of care be an option even though it's not private?
I'll be going with a birth centre here on the Gold Coast this time too. Hoping it's as great as Canberra!!!

Have you got any ideas for names Rebecca? Can't believe you're 21 weeks already!

Ive enjoyed both my pregnancies they've been so easy and lovely. I love being pregnant! I would be pregnant 10 more times if I could!! Second time around I didn't have as much free time to admire my bump and just enjoy it rubbing around after such a small baby as well.

Hubby asked if we could have another soon.... Seriously think he's trying to kill me! I keep having dreams and I'm surrounded everywhere by twins/triplets... Please don't be a sign of the future haha!

    As for my little lovelies...

Autumn is 3 months on Saturday, too quick!! I'm loving my tiny happy baby! She's all smiles and cuteness. She's a chubby breastfed baby. Will get her weighed today.
Aurora is doing well, talking up a storm. She's learnt how to dress/undress herself now.

Congrats on a boy Rebecca! How exciting. Naming toby was easy as it was the only name we agreed on! We have a girls name sorted and 2 boy names we are tossing up between for this one!

My BT results were good. On Friday it was 126, Monday was 420 then Wednesday was 946. So doubling nicely.
I've got a dating scan booked for a week on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

When do you get your results, Miss X?
