I have the performance. For a newborn I would look at a manduca, the newborn insert is in built and much cooler than the bulky ergo one.

The ergo and manduca seat baby in a low seat with knee to knee support as opposed to the bjorn which hangs the baby from their crotch.

Thanks! My question sounded silly now I've read it back!! I mean I'm round at present and am scared it wouldn't fit my jiggly bits! Thanks 😜

If it helps I'm a size 22 and have a bit of spare in the straps. You can also get the ergo xtra for larger parents.

I love my original ergo. Its great, wish I had gotten it earlier (got it when ds was 7 months). I didn't get the 360 as the weight limit is 15kg. Ds is already 14kg at 14months! And I'm definitely still finding the ergo very useful at this age.

If you are still looking, I've finally tried the 360. It's much more comfortable than the Performance
