A very rare weekend in house. All three of us at home, with no plans. I'm loving it.

DH works weekends and this is his first weekend of in ages. Plus for the last few time he had a weekend off we had family commitments, so it is just lovely to all be at home spending time together.

Even better DH and DD are sleeping in and I get a chance to have a few moments of my own time. Now if only we could all get over our colds.

I have a bad habit at looking at the sales on Myer and kids clothing is on sale amongst everything else. So I'm hoping to go there.

I'm trying to avoid going to the hospital. My umbilical hernia has been giving me hell this week, just can't seem to get the darn thing to stay in and have been in agony some days. I see the surgeon on Thursday so trying to hang in till then but if I have another bout like 2 days ago I'll be calling the ambulance.

FOB is an hour away. I just tried to play with playdough with DS but got anxious when he started to mash the colours together and had to pack it up! I'm such a fun mum.

So, I'm so glad to get a break for a day and a half. I think I'll sit in my room and watch my stories and maybe have a sneaky drink or two. But I'm always a little bit on edge when he is here.

Megs hugs. That pain is freaking horrible. I know when mine strangulated it 10 times worse than any of the labours were. I actually went from owie to OMG this hurts in 1 hour to total delirious in next hour. I was on stripping in the middle of the er. I couldnt lay flat. So please call a ambulance if it get bad because it can go from bad to emergency in a very quick time.
