Default Black leggings for skinny legs

After some black leggings, basic and nothing special. Im a size 10 but a few ive tried on are too loose around the leg. What are Bonds ones like? Or other brands? Happy to buy online too.

Bonds leggings get loose and fade really quick.

    I actually like Suprè leggings
    They last ages!

Do you mean leggings for under things? Or leggings as pants?

I have found Target leggings are nice and tight on my legs. But they do go see-through on the bum if you bend over, so I wouldn't be wearing them as pants (I wouldn't be wearing any leggings as pants though!).
