Thanks everyone, this is so good to know! DH and I will be TTC soon and it's good to have a realistic idea of how long it could take. At first I thought it would be good in a way if it took us a little while because I am a bit nervous about the whole thing, but I wanted to get my period back naturally first and it still hasn't arrived (6 weeks off the pill) so I have realised how much I actually do want to fall pregnant getting impatient waiting for that! Hopefully we will be one of the lucky couples where it all happens fast once we start trying.

I went off the pill in June to prepare so that I was some what regular by the time we started TTC we started trying just before New Years.. I found my first 2-3 cycles off the pill were all over the place and my average was around 35.. I started taking elevit when we started TTC and cycles came in to around 31-33 days we missed first two cycles and this last one I started on blackmores conceive well gold and stopped tracking and bobs your uncle BFP! We were also away on holidays at point of conception! So I was super relaxed and not focusing on just that!
