    Hey @monnie24 how are you? I've been away from BH for a while.

    It's about both discipline but also parenting more calmly, it's more about how as a parent we should react to our kids, not so much changing the child's behaviour. Well that's my understanding of it.

    I'm far too uptight and a stress head parent and it's not doing me, my kids, or my husband / our relationship any good.

    What is everyone doing over the long break....I know the play groups I attend are finished for the year....so I think it will be a little boring but I'm sure something will pop up.
