Home now. It wasn't too bad, considering it was school holidays.

My daughter and I went to the expos at the Showgrounds. Real living wasn't too bad if your renovating or want to do stuff to your house, the crafts and stuff section was good but not great. I was just stoked there was home made peanut brittle for sale. The animal expo was great. I normally love the little petting zoos but I saw them in a different lite today. I realised at big events they are almost on the cruel side. One little Guinnie pig must of got stepped on or handled wrong coz I saw its little back leg just hanging. A rabbit in the corner did not look happy about being there and the poor baby ducks had toddlers chasing after them. Other then that though it was interesting seeing the many breeds of dogs. And I got the pat and look at the difference between the ragdoll and the Birman cat which Iv been tossing up which one to buy. I think I'll stick with the Birman. They don't have the crystal clear blue eyes as does the rags but they are half the size. Now I'm just making pumpkin soup for dinner before work.

We are going tomorrow. Hopefully the kids love it. It's undercover right? What about parking?

I paid for parking. We were there between 11 and 2 was $8. It is inside and a reasonable temperature. I had fun. Wish I could adopt some of the animals. Gotta check out the wolf hound dogs, they stood taller than my hips. Huge dogs. (Although I am short)
