I want to move to Adelaide! Tell me the best places to look Looking at lowest house prices possible, transport, around playgrounds, or the beach? I'm pretty accustomed to places with a few social issues

I would head to southern suburbs. Morphett vale area pricing is reasonable and approx 10 mins from beach, 30-40 mins to city. If ur happy to go further out Aldinga beach is beautiful

I'd say Seaford, it's on the beach and a new electrified rail system opened up there about 18 months ago.

    Hi everyone
Looking forward to the next 2 weeks of holidays. Sleep ins, no school drop offs and most of all spending time with my 4 girlies!!
Busy weekend, 3 birthday parties in 2 days, hanging for this one to finish so I can get home and relax.
    How's everyone's weekend been?

I'm northern suburbs which is cheap, plenty of playgrounds and 'issues' haha. I live in Mawson Lakes which is about 20 mins from semaphore beach (more like lake). All the suburbs around are reasonably priced. Parafield gardens, salisbury- etc.

Our house is in Hackham west we paid $210k it's already been valued at 300k a year later. I live in between two schools two bus routes and down road from an IGA. These things are important to me because I don't drive. The northern suburbs are going to be cheap I think because holdens closing but resale wouldn't be good because there will be influx hope that makes sense
