I like having a treat of a salad wrap sometimes from subway if i am out and about. it is usually the best option out of a lot of bad options
Subway isn't even that bad for you. I dont know why people lump it with other take aways. The only thing in them that makes them a 'bad' option is people loading them up with cheese and creamy sauces. Other than that its bread salad and meat.. its pretty healthy in the scheme of things. The breads if you dont get white aren't full of anything more than any other bread, their wraps have more calories than the bread tbh
